Terms

When you hire Two Tone Agency, you're hiring Milo (the founder) and the AI specialists we run on your behalf. We deliver the services described on your signed agreement.

Billing is month-to-month through Stripe. You can cancel anytime by emailing milo@twotone.agency, and we'll prorate the unused portion of the month. No clawback.

We don't take ownership of your accounts, content, or data — we operate them on your behalf. We're not responsible for outcomes outside our control (platform algorithm changes, ad-account suspensions you caused, third-party tool outages).
